| 英文描述 | Oleander (NERIUM OLEANDER) is an ornamental shrub that is toxic to domestic animals. The toxicity is due to glycosides that affect the heart with an action similar to that of digitalis. Dx rests on dietary history and presence of the plant in ingesta at necropsy, as well as analysis of ingesta for oleandrin and examination for lesions in heart muscle. |
